Industrial Accident

INDUSTRIAL ACCIDENT is the title, the first 2 out of 24 words, and the first thing that will happen in the game.

Inspired by mid-century accident reports, particularly the "Seventh Annual Report of the Industrial Accident Board" published by the Massachusetts Industrial Accidents Board in 1920, which is where the border ornamentation and thumbnail table are sourced from. I highly recommend checking it out both for scene/mood setting (the thumbnail table is on page 30 and paints a vivid picture) and for details of industry and accidents.

Note that the setting is malleable. For example: the Nostromo from Alien.

Safety protocols were paid for in blood, please be respectful of the legacy of industrial workers. Also, industrial accidents are not only in the past. Solidarity and compassion, always.
